You can select the time, mileage and component coverage options that meet your fleet needs. Convenience, peace-of-mind, and savings are all part of the Ford ESP package. Whether you purchase or lease... we've got a Ford ESP plan to meet your needs.
- PowertrainCARE - with basic coverage for 29 key engine, transmission and drivetrain components. Plans include emergency roadside assistance and rental car reimbursement.
- BaseCARE - coverage for 84 critical components providing a blanket of fundamental security for your fleet. Plans include emergency roadside assistance and rental car reimbursement
- ExtraCARE - a solid value with protection for 113 components, including an assortment of hi-tech parts. Plans include emergency roadside assistance and rental car reimbursement
- PremiumCARE - the ultimate Ford ESP program with extensive coverage for over 500 components. Plans include emergency roadside assistance and rental car reimbursement
- RentalCARE - provides first-day rental coverage when your vehicle is in for a repair covered by the original factory limited warranty, recall or customer satisfaction program.
Emergency Roadside Assistance:
It includes tire change, lockout, out-of-fuel, battery jump-start and towing assistance of up to $100* per occurrence, Travel Expense Reimbursement (up to $500* and 3 days per occurrence) and Destination Assistance (up to $75*). * = Please always confirm prices with dealer as prices listed on the Internet may have changed.
Rental Car Reimbursement:
If your vehicle is inoperable and must be kept overnight for a repair covered by the New Vehicle Limited Warranty or Ford ESP including Recalls or Customer Satisfaction Programs involving an ESP covered component, you will be reimbursed up to $28* ($35* for Lincoln) per day for up to 10 days. * = Please always confirm prices with dealer as prices listed on the Internet may have changed.
Extended Service Plans offer stand alone maintenance plans for fleets, for normal or optional scheduled maintenance services recommended in the vehicle's Maintenance Schedule. If you prefer maintenance performed more often due to special fleet vehicle operating conditions, select the 'optional service' which provides scheduled maintenance intervals every 3,000 miles.
- Premium Maintenance -- available on most vehicles, covers all recommended maintenance AND 6 wear items; brake pads & linings, clutch disc, engine belts & hoses, shock absorbers, spark plugs (except in CA) and wiper blades.
- Extra Maintenance - coverage for the normal or optional recommended scheduled maintenance services. This plan does not include coverage for 6 wear items but does provide increased vehicle eligibility.
Ford ESP Maintenance and Wear coverage can be combined with many PowertrainCARE, BaseCARE, ExtraCARE and PremiumCARE time and mileage choices... for maximum coverage and convenience! Please note, some vehicle eligibility restrictions may apply.
